As a 501(c)3
nonprofit, Southface’s primary responsibility is to
educate the public, not to lobby. Southface is proud
to have an ongoing dialogue, about the environment and
its role in the community as a whole, with those members
of the public who represent us at the municipal, state
and federal levels—legislators. Important programs like
the monthly Sustainable
Atlanta Roundtable give community leaders
and citizens an opportunity to maintain this public
discussion on quality of life in our region.
