In the early 2000s, Stevens & Wilkinson began incorporating sustainabe design principles on their higher education and federal facility projects. Recently, the firm contributed to the design of the John C. Godbold Federal Building, administrative office space for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. This LEED Gold certified project combines sustainability, 21st century workplace design concepts and adaptive re-use of a historic building in downtown Atlanta.
The firm is currently working on its first LEED Platinum targeted project, located at The University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.
