In addition to an overview of ASHRAE 90.1-2016 requirements around insulation, the air barrier, roof assemblies, and other components in the building envelope, this training covers best practices for proper air-sealing and insulation installation, and what to look for during energy code inspection. Content in this training is based on findings from a major field study undertaken by the Institute for Market Transformation (IMT), in partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy.
