Southface Institute announces Rater Training for Energy Star Multifamily New Construction (MFNC). This training covers all the necessary program requirements, compliance pathways, guidance documents, verification processes, and recommended best practices for rating MFNC projects.

This training is available to Certified HERS Raters with previous Energy Star Version 3/3.1 training. Upon successful completion of this training and the Energy Star exam, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion showing that they are qualified to rate MFNC projects, as well as 16 RESNET Professional Development Hours (1.6 ICC CEUs, 8 BPI CEUs).

This training includes four (4) hours of self-guided online modules and twelve (12) hours of live, instructor-led sessions on Zoom, plus a final exam. (Online coursework will be assigned one week before and must be completed prior to first live session.)
