Connect to nature outdoors through the universal language of music. The session begins with a guided meditation to connect you to the natural world and become present in the moment. Then settle into your chair or relax on your mat and allow the Koshi Chimes and tones of the Paiste Symphonic Gong to combine with the sounds of nature to transport you into a deep meditative space. The deep, crisp vibrations of the gong melt away worries and stress — promoting healing. We hope you come out and spend some time with us!

Beverly Templeton offers classes to re-connect people to the natural world. Advocating a holistic approach to personal and environmental well-being, Bev enjoys combining the healing tones of the gong and the healing sounds of nature. She has many years of experience working with adults and children as a science teacher and yoga instructor in Sarasota. She has hosted Music of the Plants concerts throughout Sarasota and St. Petersburg, is an organizer of the international Global Tree Meditation and cofounder of Global Tree Lovers.
