Architects Foundation names New Executive Director

The Architects Foundation Board of Directors today announced the appointment of Marci Reed, CFRE, MPA, to serve as the Executive Director of the organization. Starting on October 2nd, Reed will be responsible for all programs and activities related to the Architects Foundation, the philanthropic partner of The American Institute of Architects (AIA). Cliff Valley Leads Area Schools In Solar Power

Cliff Valley School covered its gymnasium roof with solar panels in August, completing the largest solar project undertaken by an Atlanta area school. With a capacity of 62.56 kW, the school expects to meet up to one third of its energy needs via solar power by the end of 2017.
