Southface Institute’s Sustainable Design Consulting team equips building owners and developers to achieve ESG and building performance goals for a new build or major renovation project, even mass timber buildings. As trusted decarbonization partners, our experienced team provides holistic sustainable building design, project support (certification consulting, life cycle impact assessment, etc.), and field verification services.

During the Design Consulting process, we will clarify your goals and identify actions you can take to achieve them. You are free to implement these recommendations at your discretion and on your timeline.

Your payment is not tax deductible since you receive design consulting services for equal or greater value. However, because Southface is a nonprofit, your fees help support sustainability education, green affordable housing, clean energy advocacy, and more. There are many ways to make a tax-deductible philanthropic gift to make an even bigger impact.
