Southface creates the Nonprofit Energy and Water Efficiency Initiative and provides Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Feeding America member Food Banks with funding and technical assistance for energy-efficient initiatives at several of their facilities across the Southeast.

45 participating Boys and Girls Cubs have seen cumulative annual cost savings of $656,728 = Enough to serve more than 220 new club members each year or enough to power six new clubs annually.
10 Feed America member Food Banks have saved a cumalitive savings of $60,000 = Enough to serve nearly 300,000 additional meals each year to persons in need.
Cumulatively, 55 participating Boys and Girls Clubs and Feeding America member Food banks have saved over $740,000 to date.
