Marcel Henry serves as Chief Financial Officer for Southface, where he will head Finance and Operations as a key member of the leadership team, bringing over 25 years of executive leadership experience in financial management and operational excellence. Marcel comes to Southface from Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, where he managed a $5M annual budget and led digital transformation initiatives, skills he'll leverage to advance Southface's mission of promoting sustainable development and environmental solutions. He holds an MBA in Innovation Leadership and Consulting from York St John University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development. His impressive career includes executive positions at JPMorgan Chase, WorldCom, and Pacific Bell, and when he's not leading Finance and Operations at Southface, you'll find Marcel on the tennis court or enjoying his extensive collection of classic 70's R&B music.
