Spencer serves as Program Coordinator at Southface and Clean Cities Georgia. In his role, Spencer works to advance the use of clean transportation throughout Georgia. He helps educate stakeholders on the importance of clean transportation and helps engage the community to understand the benefit of a lower carbon future. In his past roles, Spencer has worked with non-profits to curb world poverty and hunger, and in Washington, D.C., where he worked directly with environmental policy.
Spencer is a metro Atlanta native and holds a bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy and Environmental Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys gardening and propagating various plants. You can find him outdoors, hiking, camping, or even on the golf course.
