Southface has enjoyed stalwart support from the Atlanta community throughout the years. Few supporters have been as dedicated or committed to Southface’s work as Linda Klein of Baker Donelson. Southface LEED for Homes Project Manager Sarah Hill has been awarded the Atlanta Business Chronicle's 2014 40 Under 40 Award for her dedication to making Atlanta's built environment healthier, more durable and more energy-efficient.

Southface Policy Programs Manager Shan Arora earned a spot on Georgia Trend's 2014 40 Under 40 List for his dedication to making cities more livable and efficient.

Jenna Grygier, Residential Green Building Services project manager As a RESNET Quality Assurance Designee (QAD), Jenna manages the Southface Energy Rated Homes (SERH) providership and serves as a mentor and technical advisor for new and existing independent HERS and Southface staff. She is involved with overseeing the ENERGY STAR, Indoor airPLUS and WaterSense programs and ensuring that all third-party quality assurance responsibilities are performed and reported. Jenna also provides training support for a variety of Southface trainings such as HERS and ENERGY STAR, and offers technical support to the residential and commercial teams in general.

Maria conducts energy and water assessments for commercial facilities. She provides technical assistance to the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge program for large commercial facilities that have publicly pledged to reduce energy and water use by 20% by 2020. Maria also works with the Grants to Green program for metro Atlanta nonprofits by identifying energy and water conservation projects and providing technical support for implementing resource-saving strategies.

Southface is pleased to announce that Marci B. Reed will be joining the organization as chief development and communications officer beginning May 1, 2014.
